CT GDL120S is a carbon paper with a Microporous Layer (MPL). It has a total thickness of 120 um (microns). CT is a great low-cost alternative to conventional carbon paper Gas Diffusion Layer (GDL) materials.

CT GDL120S is available in 20 x 20 cm or 40 x 40 cm sheets at this time.

Advantages of CT Carbon Paper:
  • Heat transfer during cell operation
  • Automated QC inspection system
  • Keep some water on the surface for conductivity
  • Avoid “flooding”

Fuel Cell Performance of This Product:
The following single cell test data was kindly provided by the GDL manufacturer using the following MEA specs and operational parameters.  The undisclosed parameters are not given due to proprietary nature of the MEA that was developed and tested with this product at a third party location.
