Ultraflon MP-25 is a coagulated dispersion-based PTFE powder and has a comparatively high molecular weight. It possesses an agglomerated particle size of 4 microns, but breaks down to its primary particle size of 300 nanometers upon shearing. This allows MP-25 to exhibit an extremely high surface area after processing, impacting viscosities. The particles are engineered to be spherical, which makes MP-25 particularly well suited as an additive for various applications and processes. This product exhibits superior thermal and chemical stability.
