Lanthanum Strontium Manganite (20%) Cathode Powder
Lanthanum Strontium Manganite (LSM) is a well characterized Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) cathode material having zirconia based electrolytes. LSM typically works best at operating temperatures of 750°C and higher, and has been a proven cathode in the SOFC industry for many years. The LSM powder is prepared with a slight A-site deficiency to prevent adverse chemical reactions with zirconia. The Lanthanum Strontium Manganite (20%) Cathode Powder can be applied by screen printing, painting or spraying after it is formulated into appropriate inks or suspensions. This LSM powder also can be mixed with one of the Ceria-Based Electrolyte (GDC or SDC) or Zirconia Based Electrolyte (YSZ or ScSZ) powders to improve cathode performance.
• Formulation: (La0.80Sr0.20)0.95MnO3-X
• Surface Area: 4 - 8 m²/g
• Particle Size (D50): 0.7 - 1.1 microns (um)
